Facing life alone is hard, and when you feel there is no one there to support you it is a scary place to be. Therefore, at Safe Families we offer support, hope and belonging to improve the lives of those in our communities. We link children, young people and families with local volunteers who can offer them help and support.
We all know the importance of community, having people around you who can help support in times of need, who can offer a helping hand or a listening ear. In recent times, we have seen the increased challenges facing families, the struggle of isolation, the loss of connection, and the feeling of loneliness has been overwhelming for some. At Safe Families, we believe no one should feel alone. We exist to create relationship and connection because everyone deserves to belong.
Our vision is to equip, enable, encourage, and support you as a church to reach families in need in your community. More than ever connection and relationships are important, enabling everyone to be seen, heard, and understood. Together with Safe Families we can offer hope and belonging to improve the lives of those in our communities. We can equip families to deal with life’s issues and reduce the risk of children entering care
